Autism Derby is a midlands based company that offers packages of support based around a child, young person or adult's individual needs. Services are available for individuals with a diagnosis of Autism or social communication difficulties.
Support can be in the home, early years setting, school or community based, for example church or scout group.

Autism Derby offers a range of bespoke packages based on the needs of the individual. We have always used an eclectic approach tailoring strategies to the needs of an individual.

Parents, Carers, Siblings and Families
Autism Derby offers a range of support structures for families including, one off advice visits, regular structured teaching sessions, sibling support, support around education, expert reports to support the EHCP assessment process, support to access meetings and support to implement strategies, for example PECS, social stories, visual systems for the home.
Prices for home support is £50 per hour. This will include hand written notes of a summary of the discussion or teaching session, any advice will be included.
Written reports to include advice and a summary of several visits will be based on £50 per hour. Minimum 2 hours. These will be priced on an individual basis
Schools, Academies, Preschool Settings and Community Groups
Autism Derby offers a range of support packages for Schools, Academies and Early Years Preschool Settings including Private Day Nurseries, playgroups and childminders.
This can be from a one off visit to a planned package of support over the year. Support can be for individual children or to support a schools senior leadership team or Autism Champion to develop Autism pathways throughout the school.

Training
Autism Derby offer a range of bespoke training for schools and settings, parents and community groups.
Training sessions cover a wide range of topics and can include, An Introduction to Autism, An Autism Friendly Environment, Sensory, Communication, Behaviour, Social Stories and Comic Strip Conversations, Lego Therapy, Autism and Play, Visual systems and strategies.
